MD235 skirting board is used to cover the expansion gap created in the process of installing floor panels. The unique design of the skirting board guarantees a beautiful appearance of the interior, and specially developed technologies, affect the highest functionality. MD235 floor skirting board was made of highly durable PolyForce material, which is completely waterproof and is not affected by any negative effects of moisture. Enrichment of the material with innovative ScratchShield® technology, makes the profile much more resistant to accidental scratches. This is confirmed by studies clearly showing that Mardom Decor moldings with ScratchShield technology are as much as 24% harder than other polymer moldings available on the market. The MD235 quarter round in the production process is covered with a special coating, which additionally protects the molding, smooths the surface and prepares it to accept subsequent layers of paint. After all, Mardom Decor moldings can be painted in any color using water-based paints! Installation of the molding is incredibly simple, and you only need a few accessories – you can easily do it yourself.

Maximum hardening of the strip
The skirting board has innovative ScratchShield technology, which consists in maximizing the hardening of the skirting board with polymer compounds by 40% compared to skirting boards that do not have this technology. Increased impact strength and impact resistance, translate into a noticeable improvement in the durability of the molding when trying to scratch it with a sharp tool. Skirting boards with ScratchShield technology are the toughest skirting boards on the market.
Waterproof
The strip is fully waterproof. This means that it can be successfully used in rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms or kitchens. In a situation of flooding, direct contact will not affect the appearance of the strip.
UV resistant
The molding, thanks to special refinements and coatings, is resistant to UV radiation. Installation of the molding in a sunny place will not cause its yellowing or discoloration.
Primer-coated strip
The molding is factory-coated with a special primer with smoothing, protecting and facilitating the distribution of subsequent layers of paint. For a perfect visual effect, we recommend painting the molding with any water-based paint after installation.
Resistant to swelling
Mardom Decor moldings, unlike those made of MDF and other plastics, do not deform, delaminate or swell under the influence of moisture. They are dimensionally stable and do not shrink or expand under the influence of changes in atmospheric conditions in the room.
