The MD004 skirting board is used to cover the expansion gap created in the process of installing floor panels. The profile has a special space at the back where you can hide any wiring in the house. The molding is made of highly durable PolyForce plastic and is further enhanced with innovative ScratchShield® technology. Thanks to this, the surface of the MD004 floor molding is much stronger and resistant to any mechanical damage. It is worth betting on finishing elements that give you a guarantee of perfect appearance for many years. The molding does not react with water in any way – it does not change its shape, does not swell and does not spread when exposed to moisture. You can install it in the bathroom or kitchen without worrying about its destruction. MD004 skirting board is covered with a special primer with smoothing properties, which perfectly smooths the surface and prepares it for covering with another layer of paint. Installation of the skirting board is incredibly easy, clean and fast – it will not cause you any problems.

Maximum hardening of the strip
The skirting board has innovative ScratchShield technology, which consists in maximizing the hardening of the skirting board with polymer compounds by 40% compared to skirting boards that do not have this technology. Increased impact strength and impact resistance, translate into a noticeable improvement in the durability of the molding when trying to scratch it with a sharp tool. Skirting boards with ScratchShield technology are the toughest skirting boards on the market.
Waterproof
The strip is fully waterproof. This means that it can be successfully used in rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms or kitchens. In a situation of flooding, direct contact will not affect the appearance of the strip.
UV resistant
The molding, thanks to special refinements and coatings, is resistant to UV radiation. Installation of the molding in a sunny place will not cause its yellowing or discoloration.
Primer-coated strip
The molding is factory-coated with a special primer with smoothing, protecting and facilitating the distribution of subsequent layers of paint. For a perfect visual effect, we recommend painting the molding with any water-based paint after installation.
Resistant to swelling
Mardom Decor moldings, unlike those made of MDF and other plastics, do not deform, delaminate or swell under the influence of moisture. They are dimensionally stable and do not shrink or expand under the influence of changes in atmospheric conditions in the room.
