MD031 wall strip is a profile of small size, which, however, has a wide range of applications in interior decoration. Its functionality lies both in the possibility of using it as a standard wall strip, but also as a strip for furniture fronts. It is extremely fashionable to decorate kitchen islands with vertical moldings, creating the effect of 3D panels. With the MD031 skirting board you can easily create this kind of decoration. The profile is made of incredibly resistant PolyForce plastic, which is not susceptible to mechanical damage or swelling under the influence of moisture. This means that the molding can be installed in the most humid rooms and exposed to constant contact with moisture. The surface of the molding is covered with a special protective primer, which smooths the molding and gives its surface a perfectly uniform matte structure. Such a coating provides an ideal base for the acceptance of subsequent layers of paint – you can paint Mardom Decor moldings in any color! The profile has been additionally protected by innovative ScratchShield technology, which hardens the surface and protects it from scratches. In everyday use, the molding does not require any special care – you can easily clean it with a soft brush, vacuum cleaner or damp cloth.

Maximum hardening of the strip
The skirting board has innovative ScratchShield technology, which consists in maximizing the hardening of the skirting board with polymer compounds by 40% compared to skirting boards that do not have this technology. Increased impact strength and impact resistance, translate into a noticeable improvement in the durability of the molding when trying to scratch it with a sharp tool. Skirting boards with ScratchShield technology are the toughest skirting boards on the market.
Waterproof
The strip is fully waterproof. This means that it can be successfully used in rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms or kitchens. In a situation of flooding, direct contact will not affect the appearance of the strip.
UV resistant
The molding, thanks to special refinements and coatings, is resistant to UV radiation. Installation of the molding in a sunny place will not cause its yellowing or discoloration.
Primer-coated strip
The molding is factory-coated with a special primer with smoothing, protecting and facilitating the distribution of subsequent layers of paint. For a perfect visual effect, we recommend painting the molding with any water-based paint after installation.
Resistant to swelling
Mardom Decor moldings, unlike those made of MDF and other plastics, do not deform, delaminate or swell under the influence of moisture. They are dimensionally stable and do not shrink or expand under the influence of changes in atmospheric conditions in the room.
