The QL036 curtain rail is an excellent way to camouflage an unattractive rail or curtain rod. It is a minimalist interior design accessory, which resembles in its form a plasterboard wall, but thanks to its excellent technical parameters it is much more durable, easier and cheaper to install. The skirting board has a wide glue edge, so that after applying the right amount of glue, it provides a perfect fixation with the ceiling. The curtain rail is made of highly resistant PolyForce plastic. Thanks to this, the surface does not scratch and is resistant to any deformation. The curtain rail is resistant to moisture and UV radiation. It will be perfect for rooms with high sunlight, exposed to constant water. After time, the molding will not swell, crack or change color. After many years it will still look perfect. QL036 is very easy to clean – it has a special coating that protects the material from dirt and dust. It is enough to wipe it with a dry cloth once in a while. The curtain rail can be easily cut to any size. It will work well for any type of room and any length of window recess. .

Waterproof
The strip is fully waterproof. This means that it can be successfully used in rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms or kitchens. In a situation of flooding, direct contact will not affect the appearance of the strip.
UV resistant
The molding, thanks to special refinements and coatings, is resistant to UV radiation. Installation of the molding in a sunny place will not cause its yellowing or discoloration.
Primer-coated strip
The molding is factory-coated with a special primer with smoothing, protecting and facilitating the distribution of subsequent layers of paint. For a perfect visual effect, we recommend painting the molding with any water-based paint after installation.
Resistant to swelling
Mardom Decor moldings, unlike those made of MDF and other plastics, do not deform, delaminate or swell under the influence of moisture. They are dimensionally stable and do not shrink or expand under the influence of changes in atmospheric conditions in the room.

LightGuard Technology
The skirting board has a unique LightGuard® technology, which completely prevents the LEDs from pointing through the surface of the skirting board. The PolyForce® material from which the trim is made is incredibly dense and enriched with specialized enhancers, so the light diffuses beautifully around the profile. The back side of the molding with LightGuard® technology has specially shaped spaces for the insertion of LED tape. This allows the light to fall at an angle that gives the best illumination effect. Gluing an LED strip to a strip that does not have LightGuard® technology results in unsightly clearances.
