The QL025 skirting board is the answer to the interior design wishes of architects and interior designers, who need top-quality products with an original shape and various applications to realise modern designs. The skirting board can be used as a classic ceiling skirting board, a skirting board illuminated with LED tape or even as a curtain rail. The profile is covered with a matt, levelling primer, which makes it easier to apply subsequent coats of paint. Installing a skirting board is incredibly simple and you can find all the necessary installation accessories, such as glue, grout or a cutting box, in the Mardom Decor shop. The skirting board is made of PolyForce, which has the highest technical parameters in terms of resistance to moisture, mechanical damage or yellowing under the influence of UV rays.

Waterproof
The strip is fully waterproof. This means that it can be successfully used in rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms or kitchens. In a situation of flooding, direct contact will not affect the appearance of the strip.
UV resistant
The molding, thanks to special refinements and coatings, is resistant to UV radiation. Installation of the molding in a sunny place will not cause its yellowing or discoloration.
Primer-coated strip
The molding is factory-coated with a special primer with smoothing, protecting and facilitating the distribution of subsequent layers of paint. For a perfect visual effect, we recommend painting the molding with any water-based paint after installation.
Resistant to swelling
Mardom Decor mouldings, unlike those made of MDF and other plastics, do not deform, delaminate or swell under the influence of moisture. They are dimensionally stable and do not shrink or expand under the influence of changes in atmospheric conditions in the room.
Save time and reduce renovation costs
A curtain rail is the most effective way to disguise a curtain system. Unlike plasterboard installation, the installation of a curtain rail is quick, clean and very easy. Installation of the molding involves cutting it to size and gluing it to the ceiling using Mardom Fix Pro or Mardom Max adhesive.
LightGuard Technology
The skirting board has a unique LightGuard® technology, which completely prevents the LEDs from pointing through the surface of the skirting board. The PolyForce® material from which the trim is made is incredibly dense and enriched with specialized enhancers, so the light diffuses beautifully around the profile. The back side of the molding with LightGuard® technology has specially shaped spaces for the insertion of LED tape. This allows the light to fall at an angle that gives the best illumination effect. Gluing an LED strip to a strip that does not have LightGuard® technology results in unsightly clearances.
Easy installation
A curtain rail is the most effective way to camouflage a curtain system. Unlike plasterboard installation, the installation of a curtain rail is quick, clean and very easy. The Mardom Decor assortment includes accessories that will make the process as easy as possible.
For use with LED lighting
The specially profiled inner side of the strip has space for inserting LED tape. Thanks to this, you can get the effect of gentle illumination of the room.
