Prohibited content in opinions:

In the content of the opinion, it is unacceptable to publish illegal information in particular:

• vulgarities and pornographic and indecent content
• messages that constitute advertising and covert advertising
• content from third-party texts having the character of a work within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, unless such publication will be within the limits of quotation
• personal data of other Users or employees of the reviewed company
• false, unlawful or unfair competition content, in particular content that violates in any way the rights obtained by third parties, including without limitation the rights to trademark, trade mark, company name and designations of origin and copyrights of third parties
• content that violates the personal rights of third parties or incites racial hatred, xenophobia and intercultural conflicts
• illegal (unlawful) content
• Any information that, in itself or by reference to an action, including the sale of products or the provision of services (e.g., the sale of counterfeit goods), does not comply with EU law or the law of an EU member state. E.g., inciting terrorism, depicting child sexual abuse, inciting racism and xenophobia, and violating intellectual property rights. Content that is contrary to national law should be considered both content that is contrary to public law (e.g., criminal law) and private law (e.g., civil law)
